Annual Reports
Board and Accountant
According to InCoax’s company policy, the Board shall consist of a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of ten (10) ordinary Board members. At present, the Company’s Board consists of five (5) ordinary Board members, including the Chairman of the Board. The current Board of Directors was appointed at the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2023, for the period until the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
